We are not trying to fill a calendar. We are creating reasons for people to work together, learn from one another, and let useful participation reveal what the chapter should build next.

Attendance numbers matter less than whether people leave with a useful connection, a clearer question, or someone they can call next time.

Bring the problem, experiment, spreadsheet, question, or lesson. Practical contribution beats passive presentation.
