Long before leading an Atlanta GRC community, Dwight learned leadership through service. As founder of Courageous Kitchen, he helped build an organization that generated more than $300,000 for communities in need. The work earned recognition from CNN, magazines, and outstanding expat awards, but the lasting lesson was simpler: leadership matters most when it creates opportunities and measurable impact for other people.
That servant-leadership philosophy continues to shape how he approaches professional communities, mentorship, and the Atlanta chapter.
