The GRC Vibe Coder's Playbook · Lesson 04 of 06
How do I use several AI coders without losing context?
Keep the mission in GitHub, not in one chat window.

One planning conversation can coordinate specialized coding agents, but the repository is the durable record.
Store the blueprint, decisions, setup instructions, and next steps as tracked files.
Ask each agent for a focused branch and PR.
Commit useful checkpoints before changing models or running out of context.
A commit saves tracked work, not the private memory of an AI conversation.
A handoff can be as short as: what we are building, what changed, what is still undecided, and what the next agent may edit.
For our risk tool, that means preserving the scoring rules in a tracked document before asking a new agent to implement them.
Put it into practice
Write a short handoff note and ask a second agent to explain the project from repository files before changing code.
Before you move on
Read the AI output critically. Does it match your project goal and the instructions in the prompt? Can you explain the recommendation or change in your own words? If not, ask for clarification or a smaller next step.
Save useful decisions and results in your project notes or GitHub repository. Do not treat a confident answer, generated code, or a passing check as a substitute for your own review.
